Economic-Environmental-Social Benefits Assessment of Wind Power Hydrogen Production Project Based on Cloud-MULTIMOORA Approach

چکیده

This study explores methods to assess the benefits of WPHPP from three aspects: economic, environmental, and social. Decarbonization has become an inevitable trend in electricity generation industry. Storage integrated renewable energy plants have enhanced stability output a certain degree. Wind power hydrogen production projects (WPHPPs) could be promising solution Chinese government’s peak carbon dioxide emissions goal. To achieve this goal, evaluation system consisting 12 main factors is established. Then, assessment approach based on Cloud-MULTIMOORA proposed select best alternative. Specifically, HELTS-Cloud model used describe information given by decision-makers experts. SWARA CRITIC are applied obtain subjective objective weights. Additionally, constrained optimization introduced comprehensive Finally, MULTIMOORA-EDA method final ranking alternatives. case made certify usability feasibility method. paper provides for assessing promotes application new kind green project future.
